Meditation is one of the best activities we can add to our lives. It brings more joy, more well being, better health, more compassion...the list goes on and on.
So why are most people still not doing it?
One of the main reasons is time. Another is sitting still for a period of time...doing basically nothing.
BUT...if you have a dog...there is no excuse for either of those.
Meditation walking is a very popular form of meditation. Some people just have to move and this is the perfect way to incorporate meditation with movement. Plus if you have to walk the dog, or should I say, have the pleasure of walking the dog, you proverbially 'kill two birds with one stone'.
I hope seeing how easy it is to incorporate 'mutt'itation walking into your life, you'll be doing it at least once a day, EVERY DAY, for the rest of your, what will be a most thriving and flourishing LIFE!!
